August was a fruitful month for our factory, covering exhibition activities, new‑product R&D, strict quality management, large‑volume shipment and overseas customer inspections.

We took part in KOFURN 2026 Seoul International Furniture & Woodworking Machinery Fair this month. Our rubberwood products attracted wide attention from Korean buyers. Stable moisture control effectively avoids board cracking, winning high recognition from on‑site visitors and laying a solid foundation for Korean‑market cooperation.

Our R&D team launched multiple premium timber items in August. Thermally‑modified solid wood sauna strips are available in pine, poplar, spruce, paulownia, ash and Russian pine, supporting CNC customized shaping for sauna projects. We also completed an 80‑hour soaking test for our 100% bamboo waterproof fragrance board, with thickness swelling controlled ≤4% after long‑time water immersion, delivering outstanding waterproof performance.

Strict quality runs through the whole production chain. Regular quality control meetings are held to check raw materials, semi‑finished goods and final products. Our team carries out precise dimension, flatness and dryness inspection for spruce panels, removing defects while keeping the natural beautiful wood grain.

Overseas customers from Egypt, Nigeria and other regions paid on‑site factory visits. They toured our timber yard, production lines and finished‑goods warehouse, confirming our manufacturing strength and product quality, which promotes deeper long‑term cooperation for the African market.

Custom orders for UV‑coated rubberwood tabletops grew rapidly in August. We provide a one‑stop service including shape processing, hardware pre‑embedding and UV finishing, meeting personalized size and technical requirements for global buyers. Container loading and overseas shipments are progressing on schedule with stable high‑quality supply.
