In terms of inventory management, we have completed the comprehensive sorting and categorisation of all product ranges—including raw materials such as paulownia, pine and rubberwood, as well as finished products like heat-treated boards, eco-friendly boards and walnut-coloured boards—and implemented a ‘production-to-order, rapid response’ model. This ensures efficient and precise order fulfilment, providing our global customers with a more robust supply chain.
