In our poplar wood production factory, the gluing of poplar wood panels is a delicate process full of technology and art.

Firstly, we strictly select the raw materials. Only poplar boards with clear grain, good texture and no obvious defects are selected for the production of poplar boards. These boards are neatly stacked in a specific area, waiting to be glued together.

Then, the workers will measure and cut the selected poplar wood panels accurately. The dimensions of each panel are double-checked to ensure a perfect fit when glued together. After cutting, the edges of the boards are sanded smooth and flat, ready for the subsequent gluing.

Then comes the crucial part of gluing. We use high quality environmentally friendly glue to join the panels one by one. With their rich experience and exquisite skills, the masters evenly apply the glue to ensure that every part is firmly bonded. In the process of splicing, they always pay attention to the grain direction of the plates, and strive to make the natural and smooth texture of the spliced boards, presenting the most beautiful visual effect.

After the panels are spliced together, they will be fixed with professional jigs. These fixtures can give enough pressure to ensure that the glue in the drying process will not shift the plate. The fixing time needs to be strictly controlled to ensure that the glue dries sufficiently to achieve optimum bonding strength.

After the glue is completely dry, the poplar boards are further sanded and polished. Through multiple fine sanding processes, the surface of the boards is made smoother and more delicate, and comfortable to the touch. At the same time, the natural texture and colour of poplar can be further highlighted.

Finally, after strict quality inspection, the poplar wood slabs are packed and ready to be shipped to various places, bringing high quality poplar wood furniture and decorative materials to our customers.
